At iTally Solutions LTD (Registered in England & Wales), we understand that your procurement data and supplier pricing are commercially sensitive. This policy explains how we handle your information with the standard of care required by UK construction professionals.

1. Data We Collect

We only collect information necessary to automate your purchasing logs.

  • Contact Information: Name and work email address.
  • Operational Data: Information contained within the PDF quotes, site WhatsApp screenshots, and Outlook emails you upload or forward to us.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Map supplier information into your specific Excel formats.
  • Provide a manual technical review of your pilot setup by our specialist team.
  • Record a personal video demo showing the results of your file analysis.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

We stand by our "Zero Persistence" promise for trial documents:

  • Automatic Deletion: All uploaded quotes and requisitions are automatically deleted from our processing servers once the manual audit/demo is complete.
  • No Training on Your Data: We use Azure OpenAI (UK-based infrastructure) to process documents. Your commercial data is never used to train public AI models.

4. Commercial Confidentiality

We will never share your supplier pricing, site locations, or subcontractor details with third parties.

  • Your "Purchase Logs" remain your private intellectual property.

5. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

As a UK-based company, we respect your rights to access, port, or delete your data.
